We provide transparent, upfront pricing before any work begins. Quotes are based on the information provided and may be adjusted if unforeseen conditions arise during the work. Any adjustments are communicated and approved before proceeding.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

Emergency dispatch is available 24/7. Scheduled appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations of scheduled, non-emergency work.

5. Workmanship Guarantee

Our repairs and installations are workmanship-guaranteed. If an issue related to our work recurs within the guarantee period, contact us and we will rectify it.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
